Job Summary

Support the Ports & Marine engineering team with CAD/BIM deliverables for major project components. Work independently and coordinate workflows as part of an iterative design process alongside multi-discipline engineers. Use Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit, and collaborate within Common Data Environment tools such as ProjectWise and ACC/Forma. Maintain CAD standards and help the CAD Lead with modelling and advanced digital development processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Work independently using civil engineering best practices and provide meaningful input to the design process.
•Take technical responsibility for a major project phase or component and lead workflow coordination.
•Collaborate with engineers of multiple disciplines throughout the iterative design process.
•Gather and correlate basic engineering data and work on detailed/routine engineering assignments involving calculations and tests.
•Support the CAD Lead in maintaining CAD standards, best practices, and modelling/content creation processes.

Key Requirements

•Have a Certified minimum of an HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
•Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D; familiarity with Revit and experience validating and coordinating models in Navisworks (or similar).
•Advance Revit skills and support building a future-proof Revit team through in-house skill-sharing.
•Align and create Ports CAD standards, develop templates, and define best working practices.
•Experience with a Common Data Environment (e.g., ProjectWise, ACC/Forma).
