Job Summary

Manage regional program accounting for Pratt & Whitney’s GTF financial organization, owning monthly financial reporting and analysis for PW1500G and PW1900G. Oversee monthly accounting and reporting for A220 and E190 programs, including PDP billings and FIA payment calculations. Drive process and system improvements for new OEM activity, partner with FP&A, Campaigns, Sales, and the Program Office, and support audits and special projects. Hybrid role based in East Hartford, Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

•Own monthly accounting and reporting for the A220 & E190 programs.
•Perform PDP billing calculations for Spare Engines and FIA Payments when applicable.
•Lead process and system improvements to support new activity and growth for regional programs.
•Provide accounting and reporting support to FP&A, Campaigns, Sales, and the Program Office for new business deals, forecasting, and quarter/year-end reporting.
•Support internal inquiries for PwC and other audits and contribute to special projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency with MS Office products, SAP, and OneStream.
•Strong communication (written and verbal), organization, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
