Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and execute an end-to-end global Total Rewards strategy aligned with Fastly’s talent agenda.
  • •Direct the planning, design, implementation, administration, maintenance, and reporting of executive and equity compensation programs.
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to the HR leadership team and collaborate with HR business partners to address client-group needs.
  • •Prepare materials and manage matters for the Compensation Committee/Board of Directors, including cadence and oversight of external compensation consultants.
  • •Partner with benefits providers and manage vendor performance to optimize plan design options, utilization, and cost management.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant work experience in compensation, benefits and/or Total Rewards or HR Operations.
  • •Deep experience designing executive compensation plans (incentive plans and equity strategy/equity plan design) for pre-IPO and public companies.
  • •Experience administering health and wellness programs, 401(k) administration, and employment contracts.
  • •Proven track record rolling out compensation/benefits programs and managing change through influence across senior stakeholders, finance, legal, and HR.
  • •Comfort working independently in a collaborative, complex, decentralized environment with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
