Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of 10 engineers, fostering trust and ownership.
  • •Ensure platform security, scalability, and observability, guiding technical decisions while staying hands-on.
  • •Complete Learning integration and execute the necessary replatforming to meet LumApps quality, stability, and scalability standards.
  • •Translate product strategy into a technical roadmap and co-drive the Learning domain vision with Product Management and Product Experience.
  • •Improve engineering processes and delivery execution using modern practices (e.g., Pendo, feature flags, monitoring hooks, unit/E2E testing), and align priorities with customer-facing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience with comfort across diverse technical stacks.
  • •Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
  • •Experience leading SaaS product development across web platforms and/or mobile applications.
  • •Strong understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems, including reasoning about APIs, platforms, and scalability.
  • •Strong people-management skills with a coaching mindset and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
