Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously research and scope payroll vendors, mapping criteria across disaster recovery, change management, audit/reconciliation, quality control, data security/accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • •Develop questionnaires, schedule demos, run cost analysis, and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Project manage end-to-end onboarding for new countries, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, legal risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and system/data migration, testing, and communications.
  • •Evaluate vendor performance by aligning best practices, optimizing partner communication and collaboration, and working cross-functionally to ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
  • •Review invoices, track costs vs. contractual terms, document and analyze costs for countries/departments, and report anomalies.
