Job Summary

Drive revenue and long-term relationships with SMB agencies through a one-to-many partnership model. Lead consultative sales conversations using internal/external data, grow product expertise, and troubleshoot agency issues. Own performance improvement for TikTok campaigns by optimizing results and identifying scalable programmatic approaches. Support onboarding and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow revenue by educating and leading strategic conversations with SMB agencies across the Spanish market using scalable sales propositions.
•Build deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools; demonstrate capability in escalation and troubleshooting for agency issues.
•Optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance for small and medium-sized agencies and identify scalable programmatic ways to do so.
•Maintain a growth mindset by learning quickly, accepting challenges, and delivering solutions-oriented feedback.
•Support new team members’ product/process learning and collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in account management or client services roles in digital advertising with proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth.
•Marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
•Fluency in Spanish and English for direct client communication across Spanish markets.
•Experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while managing a client portfolio and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
