Senior Construction Operations Manager (KSA, SA)

Direct and oversee operational delivery of construction projects to ensure they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and supervisors; coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to secure timely materials and services. Monitor progress, expenditures, and resources while managing risks and issues. Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety (HSE/IMS) requirements, and report forecasts and updates to senior stakeholders.
