Senior Officer - Leasing Support

Support the retail leasing team by coordinating renewals, new leases, and amendments for Dubai Retail assets. Track lease contracts, manage tenant and vacancy information, coordinate with collections and legal on payments and tenancy documentation, and keep Yardi/Salesforce and document systems up to date. Prepare budgets, lease summaries, and regular performance reports for senior management, help generate leads, and organize tenant site visits to ensure excellent customer service and revenue targets.
