Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, aligning solutions with business outcomes to maximize deal size and customer impact
•Engage executive-level and deeply technical stakeholders, communicating value-selling principles and aligning strategic goals with proposed solutions
•Demonstrate and co-develop tailored integrations that address clients’ unique challenges and highlight ROI and strategic benefits
•Spearhead client workshops and thought leadership activities, promoting best practices and strengthening market position
•Design and implement growth-informed frameworks that enable sales, clients, and partners to expand into new markets and drive scalable success

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (required)
•4+ years of overall professional experience, with 2+ years in sales/pre-sales roles within Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Generative AI, and/or related fields
•Proven experience in SaaS-based solutions with a strong focus on value-driven selling in enterprise environments
•Hands-on expertise in automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) including developing and deploying production bots
•Ability to travel up to 50% on short notice to meet client and business needs
