Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales and profitability by executing effective operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
  • •Support the Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, daily store operations, and team communication.
  • •Drive inventory receiving and replenishment, and execute new product launch floor sets and merchandising aligned with brand strategy.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service by identifying the best products for customers’ pursuits and inspiring lifetime customers.
  • •Support team coaching and development, assess Guide performance, and communicate observations with Store leadership to address development opportunities.
