  • •Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand surety business in the US Central Region.
  • •Develop and underwrite a profitable surety portfolio through engagement with existing and new broker relationships.
  • •Document underwriting decisions and recommendations consistently and transparently.
  • •Establish and maintain key relationships while building out a regional underwriting team.
  • •Conduct account and portfolio underwriting in line with company underwriting guidelines and portfolio management requirements.
