User Exp Designer II

Shape user experiences for products and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define UX goals and translate requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs. Own the design execution from concept through implementation, conduct and synthesize user research and evaluations, and guide documentation using wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories. You’ll also oversee and mentor designers, manage end-to-end processes and project delivery, and evaluate designs against user needs and business objectives.
