Job Summary

Support the Retail team at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Retail Shop by delivering excellent guest service while selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products. You will greet and assist guests with product recommendations and demonstrations, operate computerized cash registers and payment systems, handle transactions accurately, maintain and label product displays to brand standards, and help with promotions, inventory activities, and basic guest complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
•Approach guests proactively and provide assistance with product recommendations, descriptions, and demonstrations.
•Operate computerized cash registers, barcode scanners, calculators, and credit card machines efficiently.
•Handle cash, card payments, vouchers, stored value cards, and other tendered transactions accurately.
•Arrange, maintain, refill, and label product displays in line with brand standards; support promotions, inventory activities, and basic guest complaints when required.

Key Requirements

•Higher secondary education or equivalent.
•Previous retail experience is preferred.
•Previous experience handling guest complaints is an advantage.
•Good verbal communication skills.
•Must be medically able and physically able to work in all weather conditions, including carrying/lifting items and climbing ladders when required.
