Lead the transition of internal programs from pre-IND to clinical trial execution. Own integrated project plans that align clinical objectives with company goals, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and vendor partnerships. Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional clinical trial teams, facilitate team meetings, and provide leadership with regular portfolio and study execution updates.
