Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate container cranes (RTG for container storage area handling and RMG for wagon operations) to move containers and other cargo safely and efficiently.
  • •Follow productivity and safety standards to avoid damage to goods, equipment, and transport means.
  • •Comply with work safety and protection rules, using required personal protective equipment and other HSSE-specified tools based on risk assessments and instructions.
  • •Use the terminal operations system correctly to record handling operations accurately in the crane computer terminal (VMT).
  • •Report technical malfunctions or abnormal crane operation promptly and ensure compliance with applicable technical regulations, including annual authorization validation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold crane operator qualification grade D and a valid crane operator authorization grade D (visa/validated for the current year).
  • •Complete secondary studies or a vocational school.
  • •Have at least 1 year of experience operating containers, or be a recent graduate.
  • •Know the technical prescription PT R1/2010 regarding crane operator obligations and responsibilities.
  • •Know PT CR8 regarding the annual validation of the authorization.
