Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with business leaders to develop and implement talent programs and solutions aligned to key business needs and strategies.
  • •Lead the design, evolution, and effectiveness of leadership development experiences across USAA, serving as primary owner of the Leading at USAA and Leading Others programs.
  • •Partner with HR partners, facilitators, and external vendors to assess needs and implement learning solutions.
  • •Use data and insights to support talent practices and leadership development talent strategies.
  • •Ensure talent initiatives identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements
