Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect affiliate needs and domain-specific requirements through interviews and surveys, analyze feedback, and support product team consideration.
  • •Act as a liaison between business and incident support, qualifying incidents and routing them to the right capability teams.
  • •Plan and execute local rollout and change management for global finance products, including impact assessment and end-user test support.
  • •Gather, consolidate, and report metrics/insights for value realization at affiliate level.
  • •Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including key user community engagement across greater China business units.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years minimum experience in IT finance management with a proven track record.
  • •Strong understanding of finance processes including GL, AR, AP, Treasury, FA, tax, controlling, reporting and consolidation, plus O2C, P2P and F2S end-to-end processes.
  • •Extensive knowledge of finance technology systems including ERP, e-invoice, tax platform and purchasing platform.
  • •Experience implementing ERP applications end-to-end such as JDE, SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • •Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory; ability to work in agile environments with strong communication and project management skills.
