  • •Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement, including resolving conflict situations.
  • •Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and pre-sale preparation of goods and compliance labeling.
  • •Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring product availability.
  • •Prepare and analyze sales reports and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
