Accumulator Coordinator

Research and calculate member accumulators using multiple sources, then update the Accumulator Application according to SOPs. Maintain required quality and productivity standards and meet process SLAs. Complete required regulatory/compliance training such as HIPAA and all client/organizational training, while using strong knowledge of current processes to improve workflows and collaborate internally to support results.
