Key Responsibilities

  • •Help shape and continually evolve the Operations strategy to ensure priorities, trade-offs, and investments align to customer outcomes, resilience, and efficiency.
  • •Drive commercial visibility and performance management across Operations, including P&L monitoring and analysis to identify unit economics opportunities.
  • •Translate strategy, performance, and progress into recommendations and decision support for senior leaders.
  • •Partner with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to connect strategy to delivery and ensure high-value work advances.
  • •Own and coordinate the Operations roadmap with clear progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions, adjusting plans when outcomes are off track.
