Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve sales volume, market share, price, and revenue objectives for the territory while ensuring positive customer experience.
  • •Manage and motivate the sales team, including selecting, hiring, training, and disciplining as needed; set objectives and strategy plans.
  • •Develop customer and competitor profiles; compile sales leads; monitor competitors’ programs and pricing and report findings.
  • •Manage sales budget goals by building monthly sales forecasts, calculating backlog risk, and developing action plans for uncommitted volumes.
