Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, engaging service while completing standardized and complex client transactions and accurately handling assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support outbound calling and the sales process by uncovering client needs or opportunities and referring clients to appropriate teams.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; participate in retail leadership routines and complete required training.
