Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned manufacturing operations operate at the highest standard for Health & Safety, People, Quality, Delivery/Productivity, Cost, and Continuous Improvement.
  • •Oversee quality-related items for multiple cells or complex cells and ensure completion and documentation to established quality standards.
  • •Drive cost reduction and process improvements across multiple cells or complex cells to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • •Plan and execute work sequencing and scheduling across multiple cells or complex cells to meet production schedules and optimize productivity.
  • •Supervise materials and logistics problem resolution, manage cell performance and productivity, guide production innovation (including additive manufacturing), and ensure participation in EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • •5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing setup; specialized knowledge is an advantage.
  • •In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant manufacturing experience is required.
  • •Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Background and understanding of ERP systems (E1, JDE, or SAP) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
