Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop engaging learning solutions for multiple sales channels, tailoring content for each audience’s needs.
  • •Deliver high-impact training across product knowledge, sales process, and selling skills, including accreditation support.
  • •Plan and facilitate workshops with internal and external subject matter experts to keep frontline teams current.
  • •Collaborate with Group Learning and senior stakeholders to shape and manage the end-to-end training agenda across channels.
  • •Translate frontline needs, customer conversations, and performance data into practical training initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • •Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with ability to run multiple workstreams and meet tight timelines.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
  • •Knowledge of life insurance and financial planning, or frontline insurance sales/distribution exposure is a strong advantage.
