Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver complete solutions across the full SDLC (design, implementation, testing, delivery, operations).
  • •Advise immediate management on project-level issues and make technical decisions with little day-to-day supervision.
  • •Guide junior engineers and apply software best practices when designing and implementing services.
  • •Design and develop enterprise backend services, microservices, and APIs using Java and Spring Boot technologies.
  • •Coordinate production releases, troubleshoot defects and performance bottlenecks, and support reliable deployments in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Hands-on enterprise Java development with Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, Maven, and open-source Java libraries.
  • •Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale backend services, microservices, and APIs.
  • •Experience with GCP (or comparable cloud) and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Strong testing and performance skills, including automated testing frameworks and database design/query optimization and performance tuning.
