Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process for a specific patient population.
  • •Assess patients’ signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and general condition to identify normal vs. abnormal characteristics.
  • •Plan, implement, and adjust patient care based on assessment and standards; initiate reporting, referrals, and emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Deliver safe medication and therapeutic care, including administration of medications, therapeutic agents, skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiating peripheral venous access.
  • •Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and coordinate with healthcare teams through clear communication and inclusive, patient-centered practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated competencies across patient assessment, clinical decision-making, patient care, and medication management.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required for success in the role.
