Drive the strategic adoption of automation technologies across real estate practices to improve efficiency and enable digital transformation. Oversee implementation of automation for real estate platforms including ERP, AI-driven workflows, and CRM, while ensuring interoperability between legacy systems and new digital tools. Partner with IT and business teams to deliver measurable value, build and refine AI agents and prompts, and establish governance for automation and AI, including compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the automation vision and roadmap aligned to organizational goals and digital transformation strategy.
•Oversee implementation of automation for real estate platforms, including ERP, AI-driven workflows, and CRM.
•Ensure interoperability between legacy systems and new digital tools.
•Establish governance frameworks for automation and AI, covering compliance, ethical standards, and risk mitigation.
•Lead cultural transformation by promoting digital literacy and fostering workforce acceptance of automation.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of relevant work experience in Proptech, digital transformation, and asset/property management software with hands-on implementation experience (preferred).
•Experience with automation tools and automation of real estate platforms.
•AI and data analytics knowledge, including building effective AI prompts and agents.
•Cloud and digital platform knowledge (Azure/AWS).
•Governance and compliance experience for automation and AI initiatives.
