•Monitor and compare cost reports and plant production data versus previous weeks’ performance, collaborating with accounting to ensure accurate broiler settlements.
•Meet with and encourage broiler technical advisors weekly and coordinate with equipment companies to ensure efficient equipment layout.

•Ability to supervise a team within a single department and ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
•Must sign a Bio-security agreement and follow the Company Animal Welfare Policy.
