Key Responsibilities

  • •Process HR, payroll, benefits, pensions, and profit sharing information to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • •Act as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries covering HR, payroll, benefits, pensions, profit sharing, health & safety, and employee relations.
  • •Collaborate with regional HR, Finance/Treasury, Legal, and Compliance teams, including external legal teams in Ontario and Quebec.
  • •Assist with policy development and updates, employee communications, and year-end activities including payroll audits and government remittances.
  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment (prescreening, interviews, candidate communication, background checks) and support onboarding/orientations, including internship program coordination.

Key Requirements
