Human Resources Generalist (Montreal, ON, CA, H3B 2L2)

Provide operational HR support under the Head of Human Resources – Canada for employees in a matrixed organization. Handle HR administration, payroll, benefits, pension and profit sharing processing with accuracy and compliance. Serve as a contact for employee and manager inquiries across HR topics and health & safety, collaborate with regional and external legal teams, support policy updates and communications, and manage full-cycle recruitment plus onboarding and orientations.
