Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform repairs and maintenance with excellent knowledge of processes/products/applications.
  • •Monitor processes and team/shift performance with a focus on eliminating waste.
  • •Act as a link between the team, support functions, and the team manager.
  • •Develop key team processes and tools, and close competence gaps through training/coaching and SOP audit dialogues.
  • •Control quality, deviations, and service execution stops; support immediate problem solving and participate in knowledge-sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent knowledge of repair processes, products, and applications.
  • •Experience with reconditioning and maintenance of Plate and Welded Heat Exchangers (plus).
  • •Experience with decanter centrifuge maintenance (plus).
  • •TIG welding experience (plus).
  • •Ability to monitor processes and performance and contribute to waste elimination.
