Oversee day-to-day performance of beauty retail shops by partnering with Store Directors/Managers to maximize commercial results and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Bridge back-office work with your network of stores through auditing, corrective actions, and implementation of brand, marketing, and CX strategies. Track sell-out, stock, shortages, orders, and market trends, and report insights while defining sales targets and coaching the team.
