Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-of-day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to the computer system, maintaining database integrity, and auditing master bills
  • •Prepare all computer systems for the following day and ensure daily backups of files/tapes
  • •Prepare, balance, post, and distribute all necessary reports on a daily basis
  • •Provide exceptional guest service and use brand behavior to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • •Collaborate with other departments and communicate information professionally to support hotel operations

Key Requirements
