Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate F&B costs and compare invoices and requisitions against sales to report cost vs sales.
  • •Verify receiving reports and perform code corrections, including daily transfer of sales from the POS system to the inventory system.
  • •Conduct spot checks across purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, and bar inventories; check store requisitions and receipts against stock records.
  • •Run monthly and periodic food and butchery yield tests and alcohol strength/compliance checks.
  • •Prepare monthly F&B costs by outlet, maintain reports (inventory turnover and beverage potential), and support month-end closing inventory and bar variance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or accounting.
  • •2 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
  • •Computer competency with word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • •Relevant experience in the store and receiving section in hospitality in UAE.
  • •Good knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
