Key Responsibilities

•Own website performance and reliability metrics, implementing tracking improvements and analytics dashboards.
•Take ownership of website projects end-to-end, from development to deployment and optimization.
•Lead technical web projects and coordinate with design/engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementations.
•Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and load times through front-end optimizations and best practices.
•Become the go-to expert on website performance, Cloudflare configuration, and front-end optimization across the team.

Key Requirements

•WordPress site expertise: must be highly proficient in building and maintaining WordPress sites, particularly with Elementor.
•Cloudflare: experience configuring DNS, CDN, caching rules, and security settings.
•JavaScript & CSS: strong front-end skills for building and customizing web experiences.
•Site Reliability: ability to monitor uptime, diagnose issues, and maintain stability.
•Site Performance Optimization: hands-on experience improving Core Web Vitals, page speed, and load times.
