Job Summary

Lead planning and scheduling for complex Energy & Natural Resources programmes, managing relationships across time, cost, risk, change, reporting, and scope. Create and maintain robust schedules, consolidate multiple project plans into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and support progress reviews using critical path, float, and constraints analysis. Assist project teams with status reporting, KPI tracking, and EVM reporting, while ensuring NEC/FIDIC schedule data adherence and supporting planning personnel through mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Take the lead on planning for multiple smaller projects or one highly complex project within programme of works.
•Create, develop, and maintain project schedules aligned to complex, risk-managed requirements.
•Adhere to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data management and submissions.
•Assist the project team with status reports and monitor project KPIs across multiple projects.
•Consolidate multiple project schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), evaluate progress/performance, analyse critical path/float, and support recovery actions while mentoring planning personnel as needed.

Key Requirements

•Professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
•Strong proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
•Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule management and submissions.
•Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
