Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the lead on planning for multiple smaller projects or one highly complex project within programme of works.
  • •Create, develop, and maintain project schedules aligned to complex, risk-managed requirements.
  • •Adhere to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data management and submissions.
  • •Assist the project team with status reports and monitor project KPIs across multiple projects.
  • •Consolidate multiple project schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), evaluate progress/performance, analyse critical path/float, and support recovery actions while mentoring planning personnel as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
  • •Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule management and submissions.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
