Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Barracuda mission and become the internal expert on employment, launch systems, and mission planning workflows.
  • •Partner with Test & Evaluation to plan and execute flight tests, live-fire demonstrations, capability exercises, and customer events.
  • •Coordinate operational execution for range activities: site coordination, hardware readiness, operator training, safety requirements, and debriefing.
  • •Train and enable operators by building and delivering training so end users can plan, load, and employ Barracuda without support.
  • •Translate customer mission problems into engineering feedback and represent the operator at program and design reviews while advancing sustainment and account growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field (or equivalent military/operational experience).
  • •4+ years of operational, test, or program experience in a military/defense environment.
  • •Ability to learn a complex weapon system end to end and explain it credibly to both operators and engineers.
  • •Experience planning and executing field activities (tests, exercises, demonstrations, deployments, or live-fire events).
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret access; must be a U.S. Person.
