Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Quality Management Plan, including procedures, templates, and checklists; define quality objectives and QA/QC frameworks.
  • •Lead reviews of contractor and designer deliverables for compliance with contract requirements, codes, standards, and quality expectations; plan and conduct quality audits and compliance reviews.
  • •Manage nonconformance reporting, CAPA, root cause analysis, and lessons learned; monitor quality metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvements.
  • •Develop and oversee the Program Safety Management Plan; ensure compliance with OSHA and FAA requirements; lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigations.
  • •Provide oversight of life safety systems and coordinate reporting/briefings, risk mitigation, recordkeeping, and training/coaching for program staff and contractors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of combined quality management and safety experience on large construction or infrastructure programs, including at least 5 years in a lead role.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and running a quality management system, including plans, procedures, audits, and corrective actions.
  • •Experience authoring program level plans, procedures, and templates from scratch.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA and federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
