Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the People Analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap, including statistical and predictive modeling for attrition risk, workforce planning, and organizational health forecasting.
  • •Define and maintain north-star workforce metrics and the KPI framework, building dashboards, reports, and standardized reporting processes for People team decisions.
  • •Serve as principal analytics advisor to senior and executive leadership on org design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
  • •Define, own, and evolve the enterprise People data governance framework, including data standards, definitions, ownership, and quality SLAs.
  • •Partner with IT on people-data architecture roadmap and manage system security, access controls, and technical data integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressively responsible People Analytics or Workforce Analytics experience, including advising senior/executive leadership.
  • •Proven proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker), plus statistical/predictive modeling.
  • •Experience with Workday reporting and dashboarding.
  • •Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior/executive stakeholders and translate data into business narratives.
  • •Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or related fields.
