Job Summary

Drive leasing strategy across a real estate portfolio spanning commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. Own the full leasing cycle—from prospecting and marketing through negotiations, documentation, and handover—while maximizing occupancy, revenue, and tenant mix. Lead complex lease transactions, deliver pricing and rental analysis to improve NOI and ROI, and maintain strong tenant relationships. Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and dashboards in CRM/ERP systems while coordinating with Asset Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute leasing plans aligned with asset business plans and revenue targets.
•Identify, target, and secure high-quality tenants to improve tenant mix and asset performance.
•Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including prospecting, marketing, negotiations, documentation, and handover.
•Lead lease negotiations for commercial terms, renewals, expansions, and restructures while preparing financial proposals and rental analysis.
•Maintain documentation of leasing activities in CRM/ERP systems and coordinate with Asset Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Property Management teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•6–10+ years of commercial/retail leasing experience, preferably in mixed-use or hospitality portfolios.
•Strong understanding of lease structures, financial modeling, and property valuation concepts.
•Proven track record of closing complex leasing transactions and meeting revenue targets.
•Experience within the KSA/GCC real estate market is preferred.
