Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead active account management for a portfolio of captive clients and act as central liaison between clients, fronting networks, and captive stakeholders.
  • •Manage bespoke projects, including feasibility studies and employee benefits captive program implementation and contract negotiation.
  • •Support sales opportunities and expansion of services to existing captive and global benefits clients.
  • •Review pricing/underwriting analyses for accuracy and help review reinsurance financial statements issued by insurers.
  • •Facilitate expertise building and personal development among team members and contribute to strategy and thought leadership for the captive employee benefits advisory business.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of international or non-US employee benefits experience in an insurance or professional services firm.
  • •Bilingual in French and English.
  • •Experience and knowledge in employee benefits underwriting, pricing, and reinsurance.
  • •Knowledge and technical understanding of global employee benefits programs and processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or another quantitative field (preferred).
