Job Summary

Build and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions, including end-to-end integrations with ADP Payroll. Develop inbound/outbound interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FTP/SFTP, and create HCM Extracts plus BI Publisher and OTBI reporting. Create Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, and spreadsheet-based migration solutions, collaborate with functional consultants, troubleshoot production issues, and perform testing, deployments, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across HCM modules.
•Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll.
•Build inbound and outbound integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP web services, FTP/SFTP, and HCM Extracts.
•Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and technical migration solutions.
•Troubleshoot integration and production support issues, perform testing/deployment, and prepare technical design documents/knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM technical development experience.
•Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll.
•Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and building integrations across HCM modules.
•Hands-on with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reports, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based FTP/SFTP integrations, and XML/XSLT/JSON.
