Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Americas Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, invoice resolution/dispute management, and payments across UCAN and LATAM entities in ~8 countries.
•Serve as Global Process Owner for Payments, defining and maintaining global payment best practices, standards, and controls with regional AP leaders, Treasury, FinTech, and Internal Audit.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the Americas AP team (including resolution, invoice support, payments, and 1099 tax compliance) across multiple locations.
•Own people management and business continuity planning for the Americas AP team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
•Safeguard company assets by preventing fraud and ensuring compliance (e.g., SOX, GAAP), and drive AP process improvements, automation, metrics, and service level agreements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 270,000 annually
