Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful store opening and ongoing performance, including driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience.
  • •Recruit, coach, and develop the team, creating an engaging and positive store culture.
  • •Maintain operational and visual merchandising excellence to store standards.
  • •Support daily operations, store performance, stock, rostering, and store standards as Assistant Manager.
  • •Deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and support merchandising, stock management, and store presentation as a Sales Associate.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous Store Manager experience in retail, with success leading teams and delivering results.
  • •Proven leadership, communication, and strong commercial skills to drive KPIs and customer experience.
  • •Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or senior retailer; able to lead in the Manager’s absence.
  • •Passion for retail and customer service, with confidence in a fast-paced environment.
