Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales, BD, and CPM teams to land NVIDIA GPU and AI infrastructure technologies into top-tier Chinese CSP accounts and drive technical penetration.
  • •Provide end-to-end consultation for GPU cluster architecture design, heterogeneous computing tuning, and full-stack software stack optimization for Chinese CSPs.
  • •Deliver Vera CPU+GPU co-optimization value for RL training and Agentic AI workloads, and eliminate CPU-GPU data movement bottlenecks to improve latency/throughput.
  • •Lead open-source system architecture contributions and China-localized best practices, upstream optimized patches, and technical standards shaping.
  • •Run GPU workload bottleneck analysis and tuning (system/kernel/framework level) plus lead workshops, hands-on training, PoCs, and production pilot deployments; mentor junior SA team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; equivalent industry experience is valued.
  • •7+ years hands-on experience in GPU architecture, AI system optimization, large-scale data center infrastructure, or hyperscale cloud/HPC workloads with AI training/inference and distributed computing.
  • •Deep understanding of GPU microarchitecture, CUDA programming model, GPU memory hierarchy, and system scheduling; strong profiling and end-to-end AI workload tuning skills.
  • •Strong C/C++ and Python proficiency; familiarity with CUDA kernels, compiler toolchains, and AI framework optimization (PyTorch/TensorRT) plus large-scale distributed system tuning.
  • •Proven experience working with major Chinese CSPs/global hyperscalers and excellent technical communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
