Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the Task Force Raptor manning document, including positions by effort, LCAT, skill level, clearance/access requirements, fill status, and projected arrival/departure, and publish recurring manning status.
  • •Manage onboarding by coordinating clearance/access timelines, start dates, workspace, badging, accounts, training, and in-processing, tracking individuals from offer to fully mission-capable status.
  • •Manage offboarding and transitions, including out-processing checklists, account/access termination coordination, knowledge transfer, and backfill planning.
  • •Maintain personnel accountability and produce readiness reporting (fill rates, time-to-fill, clearance pipeline health, attrition, and forecasted gaps) and recommend mitigations for staffing risk.
  • •Serve as the primary interface for requisitions and staffing actions with corporate HR/recruiting, and coordinate personnel matters and training/certification currency (including DoD 8140 status) across military and government civilian members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive human resources, manpower, or personnel management experience (Master's preferred).
  • •TS/SCI clearance required and must be eligible to obtain and maintain Yankee White clearance.
  • •PMP certification.
  • •Experience serving on a Joint Task Force or Combatant Command J1 staff (or in joint personnel/manpower management) managing manning and personnel actions for multi-component workforces.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and maintaining manning documents and readiness reporting for cleared personnel programs or task forces.
