Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and implement complex FAST configuration requirements, translating ambiguous needs into technical solutions.
  • •Design and maintain document indexing, task/workflow routing, user permissions/access controls, accounting configuration, and eDelivery workflows.
  • •Build and optimize SQL-based reports and extracts, and configure business rules and automation using data aggregations, decision tables, and XSLT scripts.
  • •Design, build, and manage FAST ecosystem integrations (APIs, web services, batch/file interfaces) and contribute to solution architecture and configuration standards.
  • •Support environment & release management (dev→test→prod), troubleshoot production issues, and maintain runbooks and design documentation while mentoring junior analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of hands-on FAST configuration experience across the relevant modules.
  • •Proven experience managing integrations within the FAST ecosystem (APIs, web services, batch/file interfaces, data exchange).
  • •Ability to independently deliver configuration work in a production environment.
  • •Advanced SQL for querying, reporting, and extract generation with performance tuning experience preferred.
  • •Proficiency with XSLT scripting and strong understanding of deployment/release best practices.
