•Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of multi-team technical initiatives
•Ensure alignment across architecture, security, scalability, and compliance requirements
•Review designs and code at a high level to ensure quality and standards
•Support AI agent and automation initiatives from a functional and orchestration perspective
•Drive risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery timelines
•Mentor engineers and junior program managers
