Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures.
  • •Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and assigned CCP monitoring requirements.
  • •Accurately compound materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.
  • •Prevent contamination and product mix-ups using proper ventilation, 5S housekeeping, safe equipment operation, required PPE, and chemical handling/spill-response procedures.
  • •Maintain product integrity by properly operating pumps, filters, scales, computer systems, and other production equipment throughout processing, storage, and transfer; immediately report deviations, hazards, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions.
