Job Summary

Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring timelines and planning accuracy. Consolidate business performance reports with data analysis and produce reporting outputs in partnership with Group Reporting. Support OPEX and CAPEX reporting, define budgeting and reporting standards/templates, and lead preparation/review of management decks and reporting systems while continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with accurate, timely results.
•Consolidate business performance reports, analyzing required data and coordinating with the Group Reporting team.
•Develop budgeting and planning guidelines, including timelines and standard budgeting templates.
•Support OPEX and CAPEX reporting, balance sheet and cash flow forecast inputs, and coordinate management review materials.
•Drive continuous improvement to streamline budgeting and reporting processes using feedback and prior-cycle learnings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
•Analyze financial data to identify trends and extract insights for strategic decision-making.

•Lead and manage a team of future leaders with strong stakeholder management and communication; English fluency required.
