Key Responsibilities

•Lead track design delivery across planning, design coordination, construction support, testing, and commissioning.
•Provide design leadership for all track design aspects of transit and railroad projects.
•Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary rail teams and interface with clients and contractors.
•Establish and maintain strong client relationships and market WSP services to transit agencies and railroads.
•Support field activities to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence; address unforeseen field conditions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
•10+ years of experience in track design with lead designer or specialist responsibilities.
•Professional registration (P.E. License).
•Proven ability to deliver railroad and transit design projects as a lead designer or specialist.
•Strong communications skills and proficiency in track alignment design with MicroStation and AutoCAD.
